O's make Rutschman top pick; Witt Jr. goes 2nd

The Orioles selected Oregon State switch-hitting catcher Adley Rutschman with the No. 1 pick in the MLB draft Monday night. Texas high school shortstop Bobby Witt Jr. went No. 2 to the Royals.
