Even-keeled approach carries Raptors to 3-2 lead

The Toronto Raptors could have unraveled down 14 points early in Thursday night's game against Milwaukee, but coach Nick Nurse said the team simply did what it has done all season in staying level. That led to a 105-99 win and a 3-2 series lead.
